Flared Frame

well i snapped my forks the other day but they didn't totally snap off so i snapped them off so its easier to carry. And it has one of them hope doctor things instead of a spider. And no i got some more forks when i put them on they move n rattle. I'm not sure if its because the small cup type thing that goes on the forks and fits into the bottom cup is slightly bent causing it to rattle or if the frame is flared.

so any ideas why or what is happening. Because i cant ride.

Steerer tube might not have been cut short enough, so the topcap may be bottoming out on it, your headset therefore wouldn't be preloaded properly which could cause them to rattle. Is it just the forks that are moving or the headset cups as well? If the cups are moving then it's probably flared :(
