Ipod Return

Ok, Im sending my Ipod Mini back to apple.

Now they've sent me a box thing which ive packed up and its all in the box.

When ive recived the box i got a sticker ( With the address the box need to go to ) A Bag that the box goes in and a Sticker that says: IF seal is broken VOID.

Now, where does the sticker go that came with the apple address onit? On the sealed bag or the box?

What about the VOID stciker, wheres this go?

And the instructens are dire, and the link to the website is crap aswell.

Also it says that It will be picked up? When does this happen?

when I sent mine away (in sweden) the processs was like this with UPS:

I recieved a box, inside the box were some instructions, a big UPS bag, a sticker that said "void if broken" or whatever, and the paper thing with apple's address and shizzle on.

i put the address sticker on the ups bag, put the ipod in the box and then called the supplied number (in the instructions) and ordered a pick up of the item.

but in order for ups to guarantee everything is cool, the courier has to see the ipod inside the box in the bag, so dont put the sticker on.

the courier came round my house, saw the ipod in the box, stuck the sticker on the box, put the box in the bag, sealed the bag, had me sign about a million places and off he went.

that's how it works over here anyway, and i'm pretty sure it's similar in the UK, seeing as UPS are kind of big.

all of this was in the instructions anyway...

I have just got my replacement today, every time i have sent my ipod back (broke 3 ) UPS packs it for me and takes it back with him. Not sure they haven't done that with you.
