Wheel Build Advice (i Messed Up And Now Pics)

[hello,

I built my wheel myself yesterday following sheldon browns guide but the thing is there are some spokes which seems to long and stick out of the top of the rim to far, then one side of the hub seems really far out and the other seems really far in (if that makes sence) and the wheel is very untrue. Should i unlace it and rebuild or can it be sorted out. Its a 32 hole echo cnc rim to a echo 05 fixed hub.

many thanks bhups,

And you started off by tightening all the spokes so the thread on the spokes was completely hidden by the nipple?

I did that, and then had to dish the rim over about half an inch when i built my front wheel, then just go round tightening. That looks a bit weird, are some spokes tight and some poke out that far?

Use sheldon-browns wheel build guide if you're stuck. It _pwns

Its been stated atleast 2 times already i think he knows its 2 cross by now. He also stated in the first line of paragraph that he used sheldown browns' guide.
