Greeny
ok thank you mate its just that i'm running a profile at the minute but i wouldn't mind changing my frame to a monty.. but i no if i try to fit a profile to a monty there is much more chance of the monty snapping, because the hub is to big.is a chris king the same size to a profile? or is it shorter or even longer?thank you Greeny
ogre
I think you need to use a monty hub (fixed only i think) because there the right length to fit it all other bmx/mod size hubs are 110mm? (either way it's bigger than a monty) so you would need a monty hub for a monty.
Jaffacakes
Of corse it breaks, everything does. Its just harder to break and works better than any other freewheel.

Mark W
The issue with Montys and Profiles is that Profiles are made to be 114mm wide, whereas your Monty is 106mm. Other mod hubs are 110mm (or 116mm if they're the Deng ones with snail cams already built in or whatever the system is), so if it's a regular mod hub you could probably get away with splaying the frame a little. Profiles seem to over-work the frame though. Enos are good freewheels. I sheared some pawls on mine after a year, but you can buy all the individual bits for it so it's not the end of the world for your freewheel
