munkee
once again not a fan off hd vids. Is it the norm now to expect they all come with shit music? or should i be less worried with the music and more worried with the crap editing effects that keep being used? either way they properly degrade the fact your watching a hd vid. But atleast this was 4 minutes long for 120 odd mb.. end of the day it still wasnt worth it, admittedly theres the odd clip where you think wow that looks like your actually there. But then they go and slow it down.. black/white... blur.. and do all loads of other crap to the next clip which totally ruins everything. I am not going to download it because ofthe sheer size I mean come on you could have double the amount of footage there and in a quality that is acceptable now in that file size. Was this vid made by the guy who made the last one? Cos it felt like a remix of the footage we've already seen? Poor music, f**king black and white arrgg!! And yes, boring slo-mo *sighs*. Hate the fact that its got the HDV logo on the bottom right corner, almost as if to say its a promo vid for HDV and the Sony HC3, which its obviously not, cos its all about the colours and clarity.. and hes used b+w, fool lol. Enough of the slagging off, he clearly loves his new camera haha! Its great more people are getting into HD though. J.
Janson
I assume that the HD watermark is left by the compression software or codec used, and not left by the creator intentionally.HD is cool, but with a bitrate that high and little post-processing, it looks very jittery and VERY home video. 50 fps is very smooth, but not very film like. I'd like 24/25 fps progressive, and lots more work with the post processing, making it look more film like, as it is possible, especially with a camera of that level.I wouldn't mind a HD camera though... An_toin3
Only thing I hate about this video is the black+white all the way and the slow-mo effect.. that ruined the whole vid ! the first one was much better !I have to admit it though, the gap at the end was very nice
