Walleee
Acting like an arsehole with these places will get you NO where. Explaining that there has been a problem and that you understand it's not the person your talking to's fault will get you much further. I know from working in a call centre that if someone comes on and acts's like a dick 100% of the call floor will not do their best, you'll get your answer, but no additional information, which is often very important. If people havn't the time to be polite I havn't the time to give them information, there are others who would be more appreciative of the help.If however, you have paid for a guaranteed service and it's not come through, then certainley you do have a right to complain, but that's all it is, a right to complain, not to bitch at staff who most likely have no idea who you are, or what it was you were getting. Indeed many people do handle complaint's wrong, but it's because they don't know any better. The woman probobly should have double checked, and I'd imagine she apoligised for the mistake on her part? However she probobly wasn't the person who's responsibility it was to get the parcel to you, if you were talking to her behind a desk or whatever....Are you getting a full/part refund at all? Did you ask to speak to the manager or supervisor? what was their reasoning behind the delay? If they maintain that it's physically impossible for them to perform such a service you should be given a full refund as there was obviously never any hope of it happening anyway.*Gasp*sorry for the long winded response, but I hate when people go off at one person, when it's a company that's at fault.
