Mark W
Did you go into the post office and do it? Seeing as they're dicking around all the tariffs now if you did it it may have been wrong with the new postage?Every time I've had issues like this it's either said that the person wasn't there to pick it up, or it's arrived back at my place weeks later. Did you put a "Return to sender" address?

yoyoyo
I wouldn't have thought it would be due to the reshuffle.Isn't that only to do with letters and whether it's a parcel or a large letter.I may be that someone forgot to put in or sent it to the wrong depot, so it may be a bit late.Who knows. Mark W
Always put a return address on. Always. Just remember to do that, so even if it f**ks up they can still send it back.Only 85p more to send it recorded and have none of this happen though

bob87
How is it??Surely they can stick it on a train and pick it up there?Exactly what i said to the D**k on the end of the phone.I could have gone down on the train and still have arrived back in the time it took them to get it here.It arrived in Inverness this morning and when i went down to collect it the woman said i hadn't paid for 12am delivery, instead it was 24 hour. I DONT THINK SO!! I'd printed off a copy of the trace i did on their website and it CLEARLY states at the top of the page: Next day 12am.EAT THAT YOU F***ING COW. She thought i was an idiot and got dealt with!I also told her that even if i had paid for 24 hour delivery the bike still wouldn't have been here on time.By my calculation it took 43 hours roughly. So Parcel Force can F**K off if they think this is acceptable.Fair enough the bike is here now but that isn't the point, i paid for a service and they didn't perform.WHERES THE F***ING MANAGER? Hobnobs
He has a point though. Complaining is way cooler than you expect. Most big companies will just give you your money back to shut you up, and maybe free stuff too.
