Stans New Natural Video!

Forgot to comment earlier - great vid. It's almost a bad thing in some ways that you're so smooth though, 'cos the combination of you rinsing those natural lines and making it look like nothing, plus natural stuff generally looking a bit more "do-able" than street, means that it makes the moves you do look way easier than they actually are. Was that filmed when Ad and Dave went down to Ogwen? Or is this stuff somewhere else?

Cheers. Yeah most of footage is from the Ogwen trip when Ad, Dave and Craig went. The rest of the stuff is from local qaurrys :)

I think seeing it in real life would be even more immense. Im getting bored of those angles though as some of them are far too tight. I also didnt like the music much and the fact that it ended short I wasnt to fond of. Editing wise there isn't much to comment on as it has just been cut and chopped which means that the camera work , linking and flow was very good. Did you ever crash on that trip ?

Loved it, excellent riding as usual, the filming and edit was really effective. The only thing that annoyed me a little bit was the sound levels - the nature of the track being really melo and chilled was almost lost because the hub and brake and general bakckground noise were at too high a level. Just my opinion, but in general really inspiring (Y)

Me and Adam were talking about this, and reckoned that if you dont have angles that are very close on natural, you cant make out what is going on and see the different slopes/edges etc. If you filmed a section from further out it just looks like a big mess of rocks, and you struggle to see what is going on. I personally think the filming was spot on.

Word. When I've been trying to get some of my natty stuff filmed it's been a mission trying to get the technicality of it across properly, 'specially when it's "real" natural not just rocks if you get me. The camera work was pretty spot on in this though, I thought. Ad seems to have this filming lark dialled :P

If it hasn't been said enough already.....smooooooooth :- . You make it soo quick over sections that look like they will take alot of time from most other riders. The MBK looks lush. This has gotta be your best natural vid so far, keep them coming (Y):D

Yeah I noticed this as well when I tried it , but I guess the occasionally shot to further away would not go a miss sometimes just to show a bit more and add variety. I do like the angles dont get me wrong , just find it a tad boring. How come you didnt come and ride some welsh street (Y):(

Awesome video; although the music wasn't amazingly individual (Reference: 'CoTrials - Coust Scoop') the riding matched the song perfectly. Just liked the Coustelliers Brothers' riding matched the same song in 'Coust Scoop'. So i'mnot saying it's a bad choice in music! (Y)

And your riding is just insane. It's silky smooth and you just flow like water! So UCI now. I don't see why you shouldn't get amazing results at the UCI World Cup rounds! :)

Again, it was a very good watch...

Cheers,

Joe.
