Ewannnn
Is the chain tight enough?
onzatprodude
clean the inside out and make sure all the rachets (i think thats wat there called) are in good condition as there might be bits chiped meaning theres less space to engage (if that makes sense?) stiffnips
Has anyone put any oil or grease or something in there? because i used to do that with mine :$ and it was skipping 3-4 times a ride, then i found out your meant to keep it clean and its been fine ever since, just take it apart and give it a good clean make sure everything is ok. JT!
3 or 4 times a week is about what i'd expect from any freehweeling device.
Mark W
Your expectations are low. If you'd done a post in the GF pics thread I'd add a super harsh girlfriend joke in too, but meh.

Swize
Tell ur mate to go to the bikeshop and buy some finishline cross country wet xc lube and do the following.1. Take the wheel out the bike 2. Now pull of the casset. To do this just pull it3. Check the pawls and springs are all ok and also the bearings (you will be able to see if there f**ked because there will be shards or metal in the ratches).4. Get a peice or kitchen towle and clean EVERYTHING so theres no oil or grease in the hub 5. Now with the lube run a tiny bit all round the ratchet 6. now put everyting back togeather and all should be good Sam
