just a few questions, how does it attatch to the frame?, what are the advantages over a normal seat, i think there are none apart from stopping mud coming onto your back, it looks hidious (sp?) and has no real function over other seats. These are just my opinions however, each to their own (Y) you may love it.

it attches to the frame like a ashton with allen bolts, the advatges over other seats is that it looks dead sexy and it stops you nuts being smoshed in the frame and wheel

But if it's made of a stiff plastic, then if you land on it if you fall, it will most likely snap.

Remember the reason mini seats came about was to keep them out the way, but so when you stood around doing nothing, you can sit down. ;)

Don't get disheartened though, real seats will go through weeks of r&d.

It's a nice idea, but it goes to far over the tyre. When you sit on it, it will go on the tyre and make a nasty noise when it rubs.

If you've got enough tread on your tyre, it'd probably push it foward and snap it, or the mounts on your frame.

It looks an, alright idea, just needs more thought into it. How are you going to support it all the way along? I know you said it will be stiff plastic, but it will still flex if you sit near the back of it. Also make the plastic to stiff and it will probably be brittler and a little easier to snap. Good idea thou, keep working at it (Y)

Try drawing using proper equiptment too, I know it's abit kiddish, but once you get used to drawing a circle with a potractor or template sheet, your freehand drawing gets better, same with rulers ect.

its already patended

Stop talking shit. Just stop it, why do you bother. Your obviously lying.

A patent for an invention is granted by government to the inventor, giving the inventor the right for a limited period to stop others from making, using or selling the invention without the permission of the inventor.

Why would anyone want one of these? We don't sit on our bike's so your idea is, as said, something else to break, added weight, and unsightly.

Sorry, but it's a balls idea and for you to start talking shit about it your obviously not serious.

Wise up.

It wouldnt make any difference on the riding but its a pretty smart idea (Y)

Adam. (Y)

Sorry, im thick, what makes it a smart idea?

22cm's long, who's arse is that big?(ok ok, PW's perhaps but that's cos he talks out of his)

A seat, we have established that they are not required on trials bike's, trials bikes also generally do not travel fast enough to spray shite onto you.

Most of us don't want to add extra weight onto our bike's, however for those that must, concrete inside the tube's would certainley achieve the desired effect without destroying the aesthetics of the bike as this seat would.

Every bike is differant, so your patented design is going to have to be varied for every bike out there to make it a success.

Also, your going to need a nice long bar running the full length of the seat to stop it flapping about and sticking up your rectum, making it even more heavier.

I'm really struggling to consider why anyone would want such a contraption on their bicycle. Honestly, anyone reading this who can think of a reason as to why one would want this, please post.
