Sleepwalking

Just curious to wether anyone else here sleepwalks??

I used to sleep walk loads when i was younger, and i aint done it for about 2 years but the other night i thought there was a bomb in my house so at about 4 in the morning i climbed out of my window (whilst sleepwalking) onto my roof had a little walk around (with only boxers on :$ ) and then i tried to jump from ma roof to the concrete floor which is covered in loads of sharp stones lol but while i was planing my jump my sisters boyfreind shouted at me which woke me up could have turned out bad.

does anyone no what causes sleepwalking and if theres anything you can do to stop it??

so does anyone else sleepwalk? anything bad ever happened to you?

My mate has done it, he does it quite often. He's nearly left the house in early morning in only boxers, and has walked over to his computer table, picked his monitor up, had all the blood rush from his head (classic when you're sitting or lying down and standing up quickly), dropped the monitor and passed out on the floor.

I've never sleepwalked, thankfully.

I do it regularly. I will occasionally get dressed, pick up my helmet, and start to get out my bike, then the cold air hits me and i wake up. One day its gonna be the same temp inside and out of my house and im gonna be sleep riding

There was a guy in my class at school years ago who sleepwalked, one night he got up and jumpedout of his window and landed on the patio face first. Knocked all his front teeth out.

He had to get bars fitted because he kept trying to do it.

Thankfully i don't sleepwalk, i just have conversations in my sleep. While i was in New Zealand my mates recorded me, i was talking about buying new trainers apparently.

my mate slept walked, he one time walked out of his room and was peeing down the stairs lol, his mam shouted "what you doing" he said summit like shagging the chickens haha, was funny when his mam told me haha!

its caused by the link between the motor neural sensory area (movement)in the brain not closing from the thinking area properly

thus dreaming movement will make you move

My mate did it the other night.

She got out of bed walked down the stairs, then back up walked head first into my mates bunk bed then just fell inot the bed and lay there.

Then a few hours later she turned the t.v on , took her dvd out and put it back in case and went back to bed.

it's some scary shit.

my sister also did it she got out of bed turned all the lights on and filled the kettle up and put it on then went back to bed.

i hope i never sleep walk

I did it a couple of times when I was younger, like 8 year old-ish, and went and had a piss into the bath , and went back to bed, weird like.

yer its really weird. When i sleepwalk i can see everything im doing, but i cant control myself or stop myself, i just go with the flow lol is really weird though

i only ever do it when i am seriously seriouly drunk., at a party on sunday night i was in bed with my gf when i went to bed, and woke up inside of the cupboard with the door shut,

but occasionly wake up leaning against the garage door, tv down stairs and other random places

I sleep twitch. Dreaming I'm falling off of my bike or something, then in my dream I move my foot to put it on the wall I'm going off or something similiar but I actually do it in reality. And it hurts kicking the wall

Ive dont sleep walk and never have but i do talk in my sleep, though a couple of times now i have woken up but i cant physicaly move my body, but im a awake and stuff but cant move

I sleep walk sometimes, when i was at my aunts house i went downstairs and pissed in their bin, made a glass of milk and "fed" the plants with it then went back upstairs giving my mum and aunt a running commentry of what i was doing the whole time.

I've also walked downstairs whilst my uncle was visiting, asked everyone for "ermm..... thingy.... you know that i mean" and promptly turned around and went upstairs again.

The most bizarre one for me is waking up with my head really hurting and realising that i'd managed to do a handstand in my sleep and leant my feet on the wall. When i realised what i was doing my arms went limp and i collapsed in a heap on the floor .

When my cousin was little he went downstairs got the keys out the kitchen draw and opened the front door and started walking down the street, my uncle heard the front door close and went running after him like 30 houses down the street.

Its bizarre, neither me nor him had any recolection of doing it and pretty much thought everyone was winding us up :$ .
