Better yet john i think you should of said

"How can i remove an internal headset due to i need to transfer it to another frame(T-pro)" :rolleyes:

And Help him out he needs to build his bike up :turned:

I'm not a fan of internal headsets and therefore never ran one.

So I can tell you how not to get it off. Which should still help.

Don't use a screwdriver and mallet as you will destroy or damage the bearings. Then they won't be smooth.

I had a quick search round here and on google but didn't find anything use full.
