This weekend sees the return of the free urban culture festival which showcases the best in skateboarding, BMX, hiphop and graffiti art.

Liverpool's festival The Hub takes place on 22 and 23 July between 12 noon and 7pm at a new location on Otterspool Promenade.

The free two day event will see an open street course for BMX, skate and inline, a Dirt Jump track and will feature music from local bands and DJs.

Graffitti Artist

Graffitti artists will create street art

Graffiti artists from the UK, Europe and USA will demonstrate their talents as they create 250m of street art on graffiti hoardings at the site.

Local people will also get the chance to get involved. Whether you are into skating, BMX-ing or break-dancing there will be a chance to show of your skills in one of the many competitions.

Or if music is more your thing, there is a unique opportunity to win a recording session in a studio for you and your band to record a demo.
