t-pro kid, if you just look at one persons post who has asked you about 4 things which might be the problem and answer all his questions properly, then you will find its much easier for someone to actually help you.

Have you put the rotor on the hub?

Have you got a good wheel build? Is it true?

Have you put the caliper on the right way?

Are you gay?

Yes?

Good.

Hayes cable disks are wank, why on earth do you want them instead of maguras

I'm affraid i have to disagree with you there my cable hayes is immense and has been eversince i bought it. thats even with a 160mm rotor on a stock, can't wait to get it on my mod it will be immense. The only trouble i had with it was when my pads glazed over all i had to do was sand them down a bit and it was back to its greatness again, i used to run one on the back of my ta 26 that was great aswell held well worked in all conditions. (Y) Therefore by my experiance of this brake it's great for the money.
