Janson
Your tie is too short, it should reach the belt buckle.

Tomm
Once again, your tongue is out. Hahah. Just kidding, you look marvellous.I would probably say go in a shirt and tie. For a confidence thing as much as anything else. You can wear casual clothes all the time you're at home.

anzo
Do what you can, basically they're looking for innicotive in you. They dont ask for a 'dress code' because they expect you to do it regardless; dress to impress. They don't ask for a CV however it's good to take one to ANYWHERE involving a new job.Arrive early if you can, get plenty of sleep so you DO NOT yawn or look tired out. If you don't eat breakfast in the morning, do it this time, it seriously does wake you up. Ask questions, don't be quite and shy, have a laugh and joke (but don't offend them ) And if they're explaining some process to you, ask 'What if ___________ goes wrong?' or 'What could go wrong with ________'.And please, for the love of god, don't wear expensive, ultra smelly aftershave, I have to show people around work sometimes and they all do this, its horrible. yoyoyo
Ask questions, don't be quite and shy, have a laugh and joke (but don't offend them ) Haha, i can imagine it now.Hook your finger in your mouth like this and say"I'm a banker and i bank all day." Anyway, you need to look better than the other applicants, so do all you can sort of. Even if you don't like it, it's only for a day

poopipe
And please, for the love of god, don't wear expensive, ultra smelly aftershave, he's from essex, they'll get suspicious if he doesn't sound advice there. It's about clocking the interviewer for the kind of person they are and then chatting them up appropriately. I got my current job by joining in with the swearing at the interview, asking a load of questions and showing the bouncy breasts on one of my character models. I'd advise against swearing and mentioning breasts if the interviewer doesn't initiate it though...break a leg

anzo
Stupid to say;I was talking to a few people a month or so ago, all Health and Safety experts, one guy had gone for an interview for a ÂŁ100,000 a year job, plus bonuses and car. He had to spend the WHOLE day with the interviewer and was judged on everything, appearence, personality, knowledge, experience...and they even took note on what newspaper he picked up out of a display of 'The Sun, Daily Mirror, The Guardian and The Financial Times'...he picked up The F Times and it was noted (had the 'feedback' sheet). And yea, he got the job. TrashZen
Yep,All has been said, shorter tie, no need for the jacket though, and body language. Whoever is interviewing you, try to be on par with how they behave, and tune on the same level of relaxation or seriousness they are.Goo luck then, , and don't go emo

Mark W
Do what you can, basically they're looking for innicotive in you. It took me the longest time to work out what you meant Just be confident as well. Go into it expecting to get the job, and they'll be more impressed than if you're all nervous and bricking it. Try and ask questions too, just to show you're actually interested in it, as opposed to just doing it for the money. It's obvious you are, but play to them a bit and they'll like you for it
