CurtisRider
heyup, im raping my new atomlab dhr and making it as light as possible cos nobody seems to want it and it looks prettier than my reggie rim already planned how to get rid of the internal wall but i want to also drill the sidewalls like on the onza hog. what distance do they leave between each hole? and i take it they drill right through then countersink after and thats all? how big are the holes?also, how do i work out the ditance between each hole so they are even all the way round? i dont particularly want a huge gap/2 right next to each other as it looks untidy its a 24inch rim by the way Edited July 20, 2006 by pauloliver
IOLO
i did mine by doing 1 hole inline with every spoke hole, and then another 2 in between that i think.worked greatand i just countersunk with a 10mm. iolo.
CurtisRider
ahh cheers dude, that makes sense why didnt i think of that before? surely you need a pilot hole for the countersink? or did you just use a punch to make a indent? drilling ahoy i go
