Gaz M
Ok so im moving to stock and now its actually happening im starting to get a little worried, i want peoples advice on whats easier and whats harder, people who ride stock then have a go on a mates mod etc, what do you find easier for the little time you have trying your mates bike out, how are gaps etc. all comments are appreciated. Thanks Edited July 17, 2006 by Gaz M
JoNnY__Mc
alrite mate... i don't really have much experience on a mod... but have ridden stock for a year and a half, sometimes have a go on my freinds mod (monty)... im actually too short for my stock, yet i still find riding it alot easier than my mates monty, taps, gaps, etc are easier, but i cannot get the kick like i can with a mod... what i mean is, when gapping because the bike is longer i cannot kick the back end out too get further in gaps, this would be different on a mod or on a shorter bike.... sidehops are harder on a stock "apparently" although again i find it easier on a stock, i know your a beast at sidehops anyways so shouldnt matter pretty much like everything else, it just takes getting used to, imo you will suit a stock better as i memba you bein fairly tall anyways i dunno if i have helped... probably haven't Good luck with the change, btw whats stock are you looking at?
