it's DENT not dent

/rant

Why the need for the rant, the fact it can be dent or DENT just makes you look sillier for ranting!!

In future less of the pointless posts yeah!

On topic:

Just let the downtube get damaged, hose won't really do enough to protect against proper dents as said. something more solid does more good.

All protection looks a bit naff though. Perhaps jsut try to be more confident and also not go trying rails etc before you can do low ones etc.... if that makes sence

If you are really that worried about dents, just buy an armourdillo bash guard.

They cost around £15, really tough and velcro around your down tube and can be placed right down to your BB. They don't move about and i think are great for someone that is learning and keeps stacking.

I use one. Don't care what anyone else thinks about it. Even if i fall off, my bike should stay stronger, for longer. You can always remove it if someone starts taking the piss but no one really messes with me so don't have that problem lol.

Cheers, robbie
