hey guys just a little something i wanted to share with you.

anybody ever gotten realy annoyed with your grips sliding down your bars because they are ripped at the ends?

to solve this problem upon purchase of new grips invest in sum bar ends i use the id mini bar ends from tarty there only about 3 quid .slam em on the ends of your bars then put your grips on theres no way anything can penetrate through it so that means no mud or anything when you put your bike down too :P

its saved me alot of frustration so i just thought id share it (sorry if its a well known thing and i just didnt know about it :$ )

thanks

Ye it also stops you getting skewered on them which is pretty handy. It's one of them things that i get worried about so i always use bar ends.

I think next months Mbuk are giving some for free with their magazine. (Y)

Cant u buy some bar ends which come with the bar ends and also a metal ring which can be made tighter which goes on the other side of the grip and stop them sliding them down at all i saw them in ridebmx or somthing like that. im not sure if they'll fit on trials bars though. y dont you try those (Y)

Also if your grips are slipping down, I used to roll the grip back and put some tar on my handlebar, then roll the grip back over it and it wouldnt go any where... its great!!!

Or i often use the black tape you can buy just about anywhere, just but a little bit on the end of each side of the grip and its fine, of course I only do this o grips such as foam, or wrap around grips..... The try all rubber grips are great if you dont want a grip that moves.......
