Mark W
Is there some weirdness going on in the nook bit by the dropouts between the seat- and chain-stays?

Mark W
The junction between the seat-stay and the BB looks pretty basic (looks similar to the "one beam" sorta idea on the T-Pro/early Levelbosses?), the dropouts are pretty simple, and there's no obvious tech CNCing anywhere else, so I'm thinking it'll probably be one of the lower priced frames out on the market at the moment? That's a pure guess though... Walleee
I wouldn't imagine heatsink bringing out a frame retailing at over £300 to be honest, possibly a good bit less if the final build is anything like that.....It's a bit too much like a t-pro for my liking to be honest...Integrate that magura mount on the hoffman trial bike and i'll like it. PaRtZ
hello t-pro I was thinking Levelboss myself but im sure there are differences (obviously geo's gna be different) Looks very simple to me which makes me neither like it or hate it. Have a feeling it'll be the bike that "get's the job done"
adamtrials
I'm guessing its mikebike made, so it will probably be around the same price as the sidehop/ uk24.If only you people knew how much a mikebike frame costs...
poopipe
Is there some weirdness going on in the nook bit by the dropouts between the seat- and chain-stays?I suspect it may be some sort of gussetry - which can only be a good thing. wayn3
any idea on price for frame? The 26" costs £199,26" frame, so i think it will be about the same.
Zordon
Dropouts, 4bolt mounts and plates near bb shell... all this is screaming to me that it's a Mielec job.
munch8987
Well i must admit, as simple as it looks, i kind of like that, might have to be my first mod As soon as any one knows the geo.........let us knowPrice aswell
Walleee
Dropouts, 4bolt mounts and plates near bb shell... all this is screaming to me that it's a Mielec job.Indeed, Mikebike seem to close their welds at the back of gusset's too while mielec do not, if it's mielec, I definately won't be going near it. wally
Isnt it Mikebike that produces the frames, but he takes them to Mielec to be welded. Jake, whats wrong with Mielec? Did i miss something?
Zordon
Mikebike only design frames and they're welded by Mielec. And what's wrong with them? Here's my Mielec story - http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....showtopic=76712It's only a half of the full story as many things have changed since that topic. When I get current pics of my frame you'll read the rest. Trust me, it's even worse than the first part

011001000110010101110010
either for the stud to screw in for the snail cam to work or there will be a heat sink 20" tensioner that uses those mounts.
Walleee
What are the holes in the dropouts for?bolts for cams?Edit:too slooowBalls to that, if mikebike/24uk can get mielec to produce a number of frames to an exact spec, why can't they do it for individual buyers?Seems like a real random company. Seems like a money-hungry company. If he's got to produce a batch of, say, 200 frames, and there's a promise of more, he'll do a good job to attract a continued revenue from the company who are buying from him. If it's a one-off customer, that's it, so there's no real incentive for him I guess...
Dan6061
Please for the love of god loose the bjork font. It might look a bit better if it didn't go right across the downtube...Has an older Echo Team look to it...Nice and simple.
