On the side of the freewheel nearest the BB (when the cranks are on the bike), there's a lockring. That's the disc with the two holes punched in it. You need to get a hammer and a screw-driver and turn that anti-clockwise (they have an opposite thread), and that'll tighten the lockring up :)

Or you can just get a thin allen key or thin screw driver head and put the head of the screw driver or allen key through the none drive side of the frame, into the little hole, then rest tool on the frame and push the peddle backwards (Y) its a 2 second job :)

I had the same problem with my acs, my freewheels now smash and heavly skipping i now have a tensile! great great great freewheel good money value!

Ryan you say its a "great great great freewheel" you havent even put it on your bike yet :closedeyes:

But back on topic do what OBM says if you want to do it properly but if you havent got time just do what Chocolate bikes says (Y)
