Crack apart your cassette (knock out pins)

Find some extra spacers (you may need to crack another cassette, perhaps an old one or something)

Choose your cog and fit it in the same manner you would a singlespeed set

May still need a tensioner of some sort, unless you are running horizontal dropouts

i'm not that gifted in taking stuff apart and i don't want to kill my cassette

one fo my friends just used a bit of plastic pipe the right with and that worked make sure u have a steel drive shell if your going to use a thin rear cog or it will dig in (N) and if you dont want to buy a tensioner bodge a mech all you have to do is take one of the jocky wheels out and lock it out
