Dixons Coverplan

Don't know if anyone has any experience of this (probably not) but...

My i-pod has finally died (hard disk failure), but it's covered with a Dixons (Currys) coverplan, qualifying it for instant replacement. The thing is, Currys don't stock the 30Gb i-pod in their stores anymore, so what happens? Do I have to select something of a similar value? Does it have to be an mp3 player?

Thanks if you can help.

with me they gave me a store credit to the value of the mp3 player, so i can go pick something cheaper (and have credit to be used later) or something a bit more expensisive and pay the difference

the only company thats given me the latest model for no charge is bennets, but seeing as all the stuff they sell is f**ked, im not going there again :P
