adamtrials
Stop talking in text speak too, and photo signatures are not allowed full stop.I have never seen a stripped t-pro, you may as well just get a better frame
Wright Pads
The Onxa T-pro s anodized. You can't use any chemical remover on it. Well non you can get.Go get a drill, a wire brush attcment or one for the anle grinder. Brass is good a sit's soft so the frame won't be pitted. use this all over to remove the anodizing. Then once doen clean off with boiling hot water from the kettle. The dry. The polish like made till mirrord. I'll try and get a pic of my head tube on my t-pro i just modded and thats now polished

zIp-AdE-dOo-DaR
No you can use nitromors that will strip the paint of anything. its as easy as 1,2,31. Take all components of frame ( or leave them on if your special)2. Apply an even layer of nitromors over the frame ( or just the parts u want to be stripped)3. Leave for about 12-24 hours then wash away.Never tried it before on a frame bu i did do it on my brake booster and it turned out fine, but i have been told it will work on frames as well as thats how i got told to strip mine but then i cudent be assed lol.Hope i helpedDaniel
Wright Pads
IT'S ANODZIED YOU N00B NOT PAINTEDAdam, yeah thats a good point but it's nasty to work with and messy and can be dangorus more than the drill/angfle grinder thing
adamtrials
Hope i helpedDanielIts not paint...And people stop saying "hope i helped" it is not going to help getting you validated.I think the drill thing would be easier on a frame, caustic soda made a right mess of Bigman's King rear hub and could make a right mess of your skin... zIp-AdE-dOo-DaR
it may not say what it does on the tin, but trust me it does work and it will strip it straight back to the bair metal.Daniel
poopipe
IT'S ANODZIED YOU NOB NOT PAINTEDi think that's what you meant nitromors will not take the green stuff off, it will only remove the laquer and the decalscaustic soda is ok - as long as you follow the instructions, wear appropriate safety gear, remember not to drink it and dispose of it safely.I'd be surprised if using caustic soda didn't void your warranty - given that it eats aluminium - an onza warranty is a precious thing (cos it's actually worth the paper it's printed on) Edited July 5, 2006 by poopipe
