Chris Elson Posted July 4, 2006 Report Share Posted July 4, 2006 (edited) HiWhen you are out riding you may find you have pulled a muscle this could be that you didnt stretch before riding. 5 minutes of stretching can make a difference. I find that stretching also helps when trying to tackle something. It helps loosen all your body , you will find that you will be able to move easyier and feel more relaxed.
