Stretches

Hi

When you are out riding you may find you have pulled a muscle this could be that you didnt stretch before riding. 5 minutes of stretching can make a difference. I find that stretching also helps when trying to tackle something. It helps loosen all your body , you will find that you will be able to move easyier and feel more relaxed. Hope this helps (Y)

eaiser just riding the the spot pull a few manuals and the like warms up all the righr muscle groups...

imagine riding London and someone rolling arround on the floor streaching!!!

of course sound advise though.... :P
