James_Porter
right, to clear this up...i broke a pro 2 t that was about 3 months old... body cracked.then i broke another... body cracked... although me wheel was really tight, maybe a bit to tight, thats what im putting it down to anyways...i have also ripped a spoke out of another one...this one is from about christmas and i did hit the wheel quite hard sideways when i fell off...the bearings in the freehub need sorting, thats a fact, i dont know a lot about it all but im pretty sure the bearings in the freehub bit are to small...when i took me first one apart to see how the insides were there was nothing left of the bearings in the freehub... there was just shit loads of metal from the bearings in the ratchet and that... it was making a pretty loose noise for ages before i saw this so had to be like it for ages... and it hadnt skipped with all that shit in it, thats mint if you ask me... they dont need messing about with like kings, dont have to worry about riding on sand or getting shit in them... dont need special tools to clean it propper... british aswell, any problems will be sorted quick...and you could buy like 2 for the price of a king. dont get me wrong i did love me king when i had it... mine lasted a year, with no skippage... then i pulled a spoke through the flange. but in my opinion there is no need to spend the extra on a king, i didnt notice any difference going from a king to one, even when i used to go from my king on my bike to waynes pro 2 on his... so i say pro 2.im just going to wait for the "its only cause you ride for them your saying get a pro 2" think what you like you fags... i say pro 2 riding for them or not. Guest
i think the pro 2 is the best because its more strong. Well thats what a wise man said, but he had a settee by the sea. And that is the question i asked him
AdamR28
Clutching at straws? Not really, it'll happen to any hub, King included (especially if you give it loads of pasty like James )
