David
Hey, I bought an orange txt extra (50 txts a month) and when I pressed 1 to confirm the purchase it said something about it not being able to add it and it was diverting me to some customer service person but I accidently put the phone down!! It has taken the £4 off my credit aswell and I still have no extra. What should I do? Dont fancy phoning them off my phone as it probably costs a bomb!Dave

I think they do charge for calls to customer service but being orange you could bitch and say you want the call credited back cos it's their fault it got cocked up and they'd probably do it. you can phone the customer service line up from the landline but they wouldn't be able to credit your account and you'd have to fork out plenty of pennies per minute for the pleasure. My experience with their customer service on contract has been nothing but excellent for 6-7 years so their pay as you go service can't be that bad
