Oooh since my axle's snaped this looks like the perfect excuse to get a new BMX hub :-

Im sure the profile in the first pic fit's a 24 spoke build or something mad :ermm: Is that to make it even lighter/weaker or am I just being a tard?

edit: Didnt read the topic properly :P

So....forgive my BMX n00bness but that leaves a rim choice of....?

f**k all except some wanky uber light racing rims. Profile don't recommend you use that hub for anything other than an actual race; i.e. "Don't use it for practise or for anything except the final". Pricey solution.

There was one on eBay with ti Marwi spokes and a Rhynolite XL rim...

If Benito ran a Profile rear hub and saw this hub then he would be turning his crusty cum-stained boxer shorts inside-out right about now *weight saving* *weight saving*!

I too, seem to think they look rather beautiful. And the flanges look about as strong as the standard ones as they are a bit thicker!

Cheers,

Joe.

i challenge mr edd potts to machine down a standard profile to end up like that, i would send him a yorkie bar

those chain tugs are lovely, i saw them on alans the other day, but they only come in 10mm? :( i think drilling them to 14mm would end up in chain tug rape
