cox
I know this topic will more than likely have been posted before but honestly i can't realy be bothered to look through the pages and pages of mainly absolute gibberish in this part of the forum so ive started a new topic.which shoe's do you the trials riding people's of the world think are best for trials, judging on: grip, wear rate, support, price and general comfort,i have personaly tried 661 dually's both the older and middley new design's not the newest, due to my lack of fund's after buying the GU, but the 661's had amazing grip when new! the best support i have felt from there armoured side plates, and due to being nice and light weight were greatly confortable both off and on the bike, unfortuantely the sole's on both pare's relatively quickly wore through,i have also had a pare of pink es koston k7's again absloutely superb in all categories apart from wear currently im running a pair of DC device's mainly because i bought them for £20 from tk maxx but they feel good and are not wearing to much so im liking them now, very glad i found them so cheap, any one else's opinions on any of the above or any others they have tried would be greatly appreciated, thanks

bob87
Just go for what you think feels best. Iv always worn skate shoe and they all seem too be fine. Any company: etnies,dc,adio,es and circa. Iv used all these brands and there all good. Wear on shope is natuaraly going to happen anyway, it just depends on how often you ride. Its the exact same for trials specific shoes, they only last as long as normal shoes.
Alastair
i find that any pair of flat soled Skate or BMX shoes do the job, there is no need to splash out on Try-all or Ribo shoes. Just dont buy animal shoes, because i had them, and they didnt last very long at all, they ended up splitting on the right foot (chocolate foot), so my sole was in 2 parts, but now i ride with K-swiss and they are fine, they havent shown any signs of wear yet, and i have had them for around 3 monts, it just depends on how often you ride really because when i had my animal ones, i rode on the street like everyday, but now i have calmed down, and ride about 4 times a week properly on rides.Hope this helpsAl
