I am taking it easy now and doing resistance exercises on it to get some strengh in it. Oh and if you turn up the volume at the end you can hear my chin hit the grind box. Happened to me...rolled it real bad (bruised a bit like your pic)Gotta give it ONE LONG REST to get it 100% healed..it's the only way. Else it'll give you shit for the rest of your life if it keep riding it before.
