bob87
that is possible because the dmr guys run them on their dirt jumping bikes. what are you going to run for chain tension though?

Si-man
Yes, lots of people do, you just need a fixed cog up front
bob87
i'll still run my tensioner;it shud stilll work yeah thats perfect. just make sure you tension the chain up and not down or the chain will start slipping round on the freewheel. mods
is there a point in doing that? why not a front freewheel or rear hub?
poopipe
is there a point in doing that? why not a front freewheel or rear hub?erm, £150 cheaper than sorting a king, not made of cheese and more EPs than running a FFW ?seems like a sensible idea
Clownbike
I had a hope XC with single spped kit and wanted to upgrade. I was looking around for something with a fair few engagements. I found an ENO with DMR revolver hub and obviously i had a fixed cog upfront so bought the wheel and ENO for £50!!Its good, just get a tensioner/mech and you're away . I've had no probs with it. My mate Martin also has a similar set up. Overall less chain slack and smoother, but i does suck when you try and pedal fast. Neil

Neil Thats why a frame with horizontal drop outs wouldbe ideal
