HargrovesToby Posted July 2, 2006 Report Share Posted July 2, 2006 rightat the end of the day, we all participate in one of the most bike demanding sports there is, sure downhill ishard but the frame doesnt get subjected to the same forces they do in trials, neither do the brakes.maggies wil break, i have broke 3 2005 levers personally, but hey you have to live with it, who can hand on heart say they have never boken once componenet then??one personal is not an exception, its a rarety, because any lever could break..!! my friend has got a red lever, i have ridden it and i love it, slightly longer to the fel so more leverage, nicely machined, im not sure about that soft alloy talk, they are made from the same stuff the boosters are apparently from talking to other certain people.toby Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
