basher Posted June 28, 2006 Report Share Posted June 28, 2006 just get normal onza ones off tarty ect, they are cheap and easy to use and set up. dont get the bmx style tensioners with the screws, as the screws screw into your frame because its aluminium. also if your bike is made by deng (echo gu ect) with the small cnc drop outs you will have to use snail cams if this the case then i would recomend monty ones as iv used many different types and found these to be the best. hope i helped Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mark W Posted June 28, 2006 Report Share Posted June 28, 2006 The Onza ones are shit. Really, really, really shit. Try getting the Gusset 10mm ones. Put 'em on, get the chain tight, tighten your wheelnuts, tighten the nuts again to tighten the plates off to the drop-outs. Mark on the thread a thread or two above the end of the nut. Get a hacksaw. Cut. That way, you won't end up hitting the ends of them and bending the crap out of them, plus you won't get stabbed by them Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
