bob87
theres got to be more than me on here that likes the older form of trials to the new. voice your opinion here.
adamtrials
I woudnt say its about riding a normal bike, just a short bike thats old...I got into trials in 1999 and ride a 2000 monty 231 x-lite, i consider that to be pretty old school. Not quite as old school as say a kona hardtail with the two outer rings taken off, but hey, my bike rides well

adamtrials
I think part of the problem is there arent really any affordable old type frames with modern geo out there, although i wouldnt be surprised if mr ashton has a few tricks up his sleevethat he may whip out when this merger with orange happens... Davey
Ah wicked, old school or as I like to call them "back in the day" trials bikes!!! Cannondale Beast of the East, Pashley 26mhz, Giant Hawes replica, Heavy Tools!!!! Then Brisa came along and it was all change!Trouble was in those days all I could afford was a Barracuda Ghetto frame, and the most "trialsy" part on it was my raceline maggys (still going strong on a diet of water to this day, about 5 years later)!!Pictures of the Leeson frames were like porn in those days..... still are in fact, but I must admit I have given in to the UCI style, I guess because I have a car my bike doesn't need to function as a regular bike anymore!I love these little trips down memory lane, who remembers "Chain Spotting"?!?!?!?!?xSxEx

pollocks
i can't stand these new wave frames to be honest i mean if i was to go new wave i'd have a mod but i see them as cheating personally as there for small people to ride before they move to a stock when there big enough but that could just my personal view lol
