Mr Motivator
I've done flowers, I've done making cards, I've done making her buscuits, and lots more things like that. It's 9 months in 3 days, and I fancy doing something special. I'll probably take her out for a meal, but I'd also like to get her something, or make something.Hmmn, any ideas, or what things have you done in the past? Just wait for one year and then do something extra special.

What wrong with that?Maybe I enjoy doing nice things with her, unlike some 'ends on here that just want to get laid all day.

Spikenipple
Heh. On the same topic it's me and my girlfriend's 1 year anniversary tomorrow, and I'm f**king stumped as to what we're gonna do. I've got her some little presents that are related to things in our relationship, and we're gonna go out and get some food which I guess is alright.I'm gonna print out this picture on my printer and frame it for her too as a little present:[attachmentid=5610]But i'm not sure what else to do!Are flowers a cliché or do girls still like them?I've bought my girlfriend flowers now and then before, but I can never tell if they're as nice a gesture as they have been before! poopipe
of course they like flowers - you might be better off with a flower in a pot rather than some cut ones - people are getting a bit more hippy about that sort of thing - also, once if she kills it you can use it as ammunition in future arguments. member1495, just get her pregnant - they love that. beigemaster
Really expensive flowers (not 3.99 from tescos) delivered to the door are always a winner.
anzo
I've done flowers, I've done making cards, I've done making her buscuits, and lots more things like that.Mate, honestly, it sounds like you've been watching too much Blue Peter. Making buscuits? What the f**k is that?Flowers are old if you ask me. I know that if I got my ex flower she's laugh at me, flowers are good if you're trying to impress/bed her mum because she'll think its 'sweet and romantic' and then her Dad will hate you because her Mum will think 'Hmmm...Norman never buys me flowers...' and he'll just get some greif.Girls are girls, I don't know how old you are but you sound quite young and as though this is your first 'serious' relationship. It must be if your celebrating your '9th month'...although its que for a 'If I f**ked on a first date, you'd be having my kid now!'. I once said it to my ex, she was quite horrified. It's nice that your in a relationship and all that shit and she obviously loves you, which I'm jealous of because girls just f**k me about. But take a reality check, theres no need to spend a lot of money on her or anything like that, I did that mistake with buying her an ipod, gig tickets, clothes, phones ect. and its just not worth it in the end.But meh, your money, your life. Do what the frig you want.(ps. sorry about the post, I'm not moaning at you, lol, Im just bored and tend to rant on about things)
ScotchDave
Anzo you're a miserable fanny. Well Member1495, I suggest going somewhere romantic, is there any picturesque countryside near you? With a hamper full of nice stuff you both cooked together (cooking together is fun ), she should love it.

I'd love that where I live, you'd either be sat with cows, sat in shit, or contantly have 'Rehhhhhhhhh, rehhhhhhhhhh, rrrrrrrrrehhhhhhhh' from motorcross bikes.I'm not misrable, lol, I'm just 'clued up'...I'll find some bitch of a girlfriend again...someday, when I can be bothered to go out and look.
