Mark W
I meant film as in SLR, by the way. I was quite interested in doing arty shit with camcorders though. Seen some interesting stuff that kinda used the radness of photography, but 'cos of the fact you've got a moving image and the way you can edit and produce and direct, you just add a new dimension to it (Time, the 4th dimension )... Brisa
About october last year I took my little compact out and tried taking nice pictures. Then I got in touch with our resident photography helper (RobP) Where he suggested the s5600. I have it since XMAS and now I have a new job I have ordered myself a Fuji S3 Pro and a Tamron 18-200. Rob_P
I'm pretty sure I should be commisioned for Fuji as a rep.I've convinced to many people to buy the S5600 purely because I was so impressed by my S5500.SimonDaveWhiteboyFrenchman to name a few
CBProductions
ok. Improbably gonna be driving, and ive got a space in the car (only one mind, its a vw lupo!) so if anyone can get to church stretton (next stop on the Manchester - Cardiff line that goes through Shrewsbury) i could do with a navigator! if push comesto shove i'd pick up from shrewsbury. my msn is rathergoodpie@hotmail.com Rob :$ Fuji s5600 soon ... but concentrating on video , just having the camera there for stop motion and other bits and bobs I fancy doing. But I could only afford an SLR for my birthday kind of thing.I like it though.
zoo p
havent realy "jumped" on the bandwagon, been taking pics since i started trials, with a little olympus compact thing to start with then the s5600, and just recently a 350d, so its just something thats grown on me as i got betteradam
Luke Drewery
I got into making videos around Christmas time, and photography followed it really, I used to just take out a little olympus compact digi cam and I got some half decent photos with it, but nothing good really. Now Im using a Minolta 5000 SLR camera, got some decent stuff with it such as a macro lens, slave flash etc and I have taken some good pictures, which I save in my portfolio album. I have been using it for a while and I have spent too much on getting photos developed. :$ Happy with the results though, got some nice arty natural, urban, landscape, riding and water shots to be going on with. I enjoy just going out for a walk/bike ride (not on a trials bike lol) and taking some pictures.
