I've got XP pro here and I'm on a domain so my settings are a bit different but it didn't look like you were in the right place in those screengrabsLike Joe said, you probably want to log in as the other administrator accountthen control panel > user accountsselect the one you want to delete, go to properties > group membership and turn them into a standard user (or similar) you should then be able to delete the account from the previous screen.
