JT!
Do you get clues or do you just randomly start digging?
Smoâ„¢
Do you get clues or do you just randomly start digging? If you join up you get emails with weird puzzles in, if you think you got it you go to the website (thehunt.volvocars.net) and enter your answer in a 'Solution Card' - if it's right you get the next puzzle, if not, you don't. It's a pretty awesome idea.
munkee
Its exactly the same as the treasure hunt that david blaine did. In his book there were symbols and secret codes. He sent out riddles/cards for you to work out what certain things meant in order to get to the million dollar prize.
anzo
I'm waiting for someone to be convinced they've found it, hire a JCB and start digging, only to hit a power or gas line.

Dr Greenthumb
How many people bury their cars? lmaoi wouldn't mind a volvo, i could literally drive it through anything, built like a russian weightlifter. I get scared when i drive past volvos, my girlfriensd dads got one aswell, i'm trying to stay on his good side, otherwise WHAM, he's driven through my house. What volvo do you win? anzo
I bet its a little model car. A radio station once did that, they advertised a 'car' as a prize, some woman won it and they sent a little toy one in the post to her, lol. She took them to court and got a real one in the end. Hire a JCB or a spade. Bloody take a while as well, oh, and you need a crane.
Smoâ„¢
right ,ok, so once you find the car..............................how do you get it out?You tell them where you think it is. If you're right, they come dig it up for you. If I found it, personally I'd sell it on and get myself something like a Glanza/Pulsar/WRX/Skyline with the money. Lovely. Dr Greenthumb
haha, in fainess though, if i turns out to be on an exotic foreign island, you need men to help, equipment, machinery, facilities, somewhere to stay, it will prob cost more than the cars worth.Fun to do if you're bored and rich though. Will you help me Anzo?
Sam Nichols
I'm pretty sure they don't expect you to actually dig it up yourself!Surely you work your way through all the clues then when you think you know where it is you say 'omomg it's in my back garden' they say yes and give you a car.
