If the tensioner doesn't work try upwards tensioning it, and holding it upwards with a thick cable tie..... depends on chain length but for some reason i can see that loosing tension :S

Montys' are made for discs!

You've gotta run that bike with double discs dude, it will look awesome.

Imagine how smooth it will ride. No squeeks or brake squeelling.

Plus the discs will finish the look of that bike off beautifully.

I think you should consider it but it's your build so will leave it up to you.

Great work so far though and think i may try and take up a simillar project, it looks satisfying to start from scratch and get a great bike at the end to either ride or sell.

Cheers, Rob

yeah, it would be cool to run it dualdisc but then i would like to have two Hope mini trials and i cant afford that now really :P.. And i though it was the Magura brake squeelling that made trials worth riding? :P

Wanna thank Felippe for giving me the measurments on the adaptors! Thanks mate...

This is as far as i have come with them.. havent drilled any holes yet though.. want to have my 4-bolt mounts first (:

Got a piece of aluminium of my dads work and made them at home.. It was quite easy just sawing and grinding (: You save some money on it too (Y)

Gotta work on the final finish a bit..
