Word automaticly saves every now and again. The file is saved somewhere in the microsoft office directory, when you clicked 'no' is was probably deleted. However you can download programs that will recover deleted files.

So all you need to do is find out where those temp files are stored, then get hold of a programe that'll recover deleted files. And then you'll have it back. I can't be any more specific than that though. But there's a very low chance it isn't possible to get it back.

Also, go into word and click 'paste'. You might just get evry lucky. ;)

your pc should save every ten minutes automatically or at least mine does just open word again and it should come up with something like "windows has detected a document which has been automatically saved do you wish to recover this document " then just click yes
