Im not looking to go fully professional and have about 60 pounnd, (might be willing to save up more if its worth it.)Ive found this one on ebay and i was wondering if it was worth it. Will i get a decent quality image. Thats all im looking for really something with a good quality image at a cheap price. You should be able to get one for 60 quid (hopefully) Have a look at some used Sony HC18 handycams, they're great for their price.
