Dmr Fork

I think those kind of forks have suspension corrected geometry i.e. they are longer as the frames they are designed for were designed for use with suspension forks. So I imagine on a trials bike they would slacken the head angle by quite a bit and would just ruin the geometry :( Also I don't really think that there would be much benefit in trials of it being slightly stiffer. But you're not stupid, just.........inventive

Agreed you are inventive, but remember that those forks are 20mm axle, so now you have to find a 20mm axle hub that can stand up to trials and then lace that to a rim that can stand up to trials. For me it's a bit to much hassle, i'd rather stick with trials specific forks. But don't be put off be us if you want to give it a try be my guest and shut all us up. lol.

Most 20mm hubs are dh hubs and they can easily withstand trials...

Ive got a 20mm bulb hub on the front of my dh bike and thats massively strong.

The forks look very heavy? personally i value weight over strength, but then i do weigh nothing...
