Sam Nichols
That remind me why it is I ride trials. It's about pulling that line you've always seen whilst out, but never quite had the confidence to try. It's about the weather being perfect. It's about your bike being on top form and not breaking. It's about being with good mates who you can relax with and have a laugh with. When there are no police/authorative figures to tell you off for riding a spot. And really it's just good to be on the bike and not get mad about not pulling a move or about anything for that matter. It's just perfect.I ride for all this.. It doesn't matter if I have a week of poor riding, if every once in a while I have a ride even have as good as tonights I will be pleased to know that I can ride and that I found riding.Thanks. Prawny Baby
couldnt agree more sambo!i often feel like that, and really dont enjoy riding so much these days, its just not like it used to be. but every so often you will go on a ride and do something youve wanted to for ages, and suddenly it all seems worth it again!my first ride after breaking my collarbone was like that, after so long of not riding, it helps you realise how much you love it cant wait for my new bike, and a summer full of riding! downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Last night, i went out by myself for a while at my local school, some sweet riding there, with quite a large prgression wall, i sidehopped around 6" over bar height, the weather was perfect, my bike was riding perfect, it was awesome!Thats what i love! Tom Booth
For the past few weeks trials became crappy to me. Until last night.I was scared of my king hub, which killed all my confidence, then when I got faith in it, it would skip again. Recently I put my DMR revolver hub on the back with a new ACS. And last night, I put fresh Koxx browns on a new grind, and alllll confidence in my bike is back. And I absolutley love it again. It was so fun, I could try things without fear of my hub skipping, or my brake slipping. I was in my element. Best ride in ages, Done some things i have wanted to for ages And NOTHING is wrong with my bike, so its now just a pick up and go bike, instead of pick up, swap the bb, and then ride. Its all good.Trials is fun

Simon
He folded his front wheel, literally.I had a day like this the other evening. Tapped something which i was intending to just crank, then did some other lines i've never done before, or looked at, and did my biggest drop to date, about 8 - 10 inches under a phone box.Riden wank after, and before that though. yoyoyo
I've been like this for a few weeks, before i would be in front of something and be "i can't do that", but now i try it out and i'm backwheeling higher each time. So i'm happy.
