I know this may sound stupid, but what shoes are you wearing?

I think they are sporty shoes? because I think you would feel more comftable if you rode with skate type shoes?

I personally think that would help you a good load

yeah they are sport type shoes "nike total 90" but there really comfy and hold my ankles quite well, and give a fair bit of support when i fall off i used to ride on skate shoes and i dont no i think i prefer the "nikes" thanks for the advice though
