Tony Harrison
Right, the PC at my girlfriends house uses a BT Voyager 105 router for her AOL connection, which connects to the PC using the USB port. She wants to connect two computers, so I'm going to give her my spare Voyager 205 router, as it has USB and Ethernet connections. If I install the drivers for the 205 (which I have on CD), and plug it in, in place of the 105, should the AOL setup find the DSL connection by itself? I'd have thought it would, but I'm not sure. Don't want to mess things up, and AOL confuses me with all that crappy browser software and stuff it has with it.Thanks for any help. Tomm
I don't think there will be any problems, as far as I know, with broadband, you don't have to use their software. Although you might need the login information etc. I think

Danny
On a normal isp will have to enter the username and password in the routers web control panel then it will just work.As for AOL though i'm unsure you could try looking on their online help pages?
