Tom_
Depends on your driving environment, surely? I know people who live in Central London who have automatics just because of the regular 'stop start stop start' traffic - its just a lot easier, same with motorways too.Personally, I'd rather have an automatic than a manual at the minute.Yea, but I wouldnt choose a new dodge charger for pottering around London. Greetings
Semi automatic for me Paddle shifts when you want to have more control and an automatic when you couldn't be bothered. Great episode of TG, just finished watching it. That's what i was longing to see, more fun and less idiocy.
Jaffacakes
Which you can do in a manual anyway. Not if you have an old peugeot. It's hard enough fitting your feet on the pedals.Toe to accelerate, heel to break all the way...
Revolver
Hehe, you should try my 126.Instead of using the handbrake, you can toe & heel with the brake and accelerator pedals. I was doing it to get it down the side of the house, it made me lol.
Greetings
Bit more on topic, this is the Corvette Clarkson drove. It's faster around the Ring than the GT-R

ManxTrialSpaz
Bit more on topic, this is the Corvette Clarkson drove. It's faster around the Ring than the GT-R Yeah, I'm fairly sure it's down to it essentially being made from carbon fibre and it's suspension system which "adjusts the dampers every 0.002 seconds to react to the changing road conditions." Haz
Bit more on topic, this is the Corvette Clarkson drove. It's faster around the Ring than the GT-R It should be considering it has about 170bhp more and weighs 200kg less. Awesome car, but I'd still take a C06 before any of those three. Dan6061
That was awesome! V8 blender was a brilliant idea! Although not the most practical... That Renault sounded quite nice in the end too!
Jonny Jones
I lost interest after James's trip to Finland. Utter w*nk, sorry.
monkeyseemonkeydo
That Renault sounded quite nice in the end too! Because it had an uprated backbox/exhaust which wasn't mentioned in the build.

Muel
The Finland bit was a major let-down, I assumed he'd be entering a rally in a rally car, but no, he went banger racing. The Renault bit was quite funny, but how did they ever think it was going to work? They started with a front wheel drive car with a lot less power than the Evo.

They started with a front wheel drive car with a lot less power than the Evo.they were nowhere close as soon as May spanked £3k on them brakes. which i thought was overkill for a car that didn't have that much power in the first place........£9k...they probably could have stripped car out, suspension upgrade, brake upgrade thats not £3k! and probably swapped the engine or just whacked a turbo or something surely?i thought it wasn't that bad of an episode. steve
Revolver
I was yelling at the telly, 'Turbo! Supercharger! NOS!'They should've got a turbo, good-but-not-that-big brakes, nitrous, suspension and better tyres. Probably over budget though.Lol, I'd never heard of the Renault Avantime until then. Matthew_Gibson
It looked quite nice. should I be saying that? for a big car. and only 400 in the UK so they said [didnt they]
