Balman Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 Right i'm soon to get a new frame i'm looking at a ko-bike or something along the lines of that, but with a ko-bike it has no bash plate so i need a need a bash ring on my crank at the moment i have a once mussel man crank and a acs free wheel and no bash ring so do i need a complete new crank or can i fit a bash ring on to my current crank i need the cheapest way around it really as the frame its self is going to knock me back a bit.Thanks Jack. nafan Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 Get a half decent bash from ebay, or get one new off tarty or select bikes...All you need to do is take off your acs, this can be difficult but try searching "acs" on all forums, might find how do look after them etc. When you have it just take your freewheel off, then slide on the bash and do it back up onto it Easy as pie, Nathan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
