Danny Kearns Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 Right i know this has being posted hundereds of times before but i have just being searching and reading them all and none of them really make sense.So what i want to do is strip my grey zona to chrome like that other lad did and then laquer it i think its called.So basicaly what i want is a list of tools and equipment i am going to need for the job and a nice simple step by step guide. Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 I stripped and polished my zona from grey to silver using this guideit was pretty easy to do and came up nicely although it took me 5 hours to polish it i dont think you will need to laquer it becuase it's aluminium which reacts with oxygen in some weird way which gives it a protective coating.
