Greetings
10 minutes right? That's how much it takes me to make a genuine meal, however you need to do many things at once. Slice up some chicken and fry it in oil, add a tiny bit of stock cube, pepper and salt to it, wait till the chicken is done and then add some tomato sauce (not ketchup as my GF would have done.... ) + red wine and keep it in there for a minute. Put some peas in the microwave for over a minute (this will vary depending on the power of your microwave) and get them done so they're sweet, green and crunchy. Combine all three elements to make a delicious good meal. That's what I eat when I'm hungry, it's bloody marvelous Second option is to make some curry, fry chicken and add some curry powder. Serve with pasta and mango chutney.

yoyoyo
When my dad makes tagliatelli, he adds some creamy sauce and something called creme fresh. When it comes out it's lovely, only problem is i don't know exactly how he does it. Can't be that hard to work out though.

poopipe
If you're trying to keep it basic / healthy try some decent quality olive oil, pepper, salt, a sprinkle of oregano and garlic (if you like garlic) . tastes pretty good and doesn't poison you with filthy fatty sauces.philadelphia warmed in a pan with a splash of milk is pretty good as a base for a cheesey/creamy sauce - whack a bit of ham or pesto in that and you're laughing. a nice simple tomato onion and basil sauce works good too. fry up a chopped onion in olive oil (decent olive oil) and whack a tin of chopped tomatoes, some basil (preferably fresh) and a bit of seasoning in when the onion's gone soft. the shop bought sauces are generally pretty shit IMO
