Mat Smith!
Take out all of your bolts and don't use a booster?Use old bolts what came standard.Other than that, try tap it to a bigger allen key size? serious bodge lol.Mat

adamtrials
Assuming its not countersunk, get some massive pliers and twist it?

mat hudson
the hacksaw way will work, cut a slot through it, go get a cone spanner, lay it accross the groove and twist it.
zoo
You could always saw the groove into it then get a strong bladed knife that will fit into the groove,it willgive you more leverage may you need it .zoo baby!
RicH_87
i would of suggested the groove and phillips screwdriver bodge too, but i guess that ain't working so the only other thing i can think of is file the bolt down on two sides and get a small spanner or pliers and get it of that way, kinda like this:[attachmentid=5035]
Krisboats
i would of suggested the groove and phillips screwdriver bodge too, but i guess that ain't working so the only other thing i can think of is file the bolt down on two sides and get a small spanner or pliers and get it of that way, kinda like this:[attachmentid=5035]That is the way to do it... i did my maggie bolt like that after rounding it completely. I used an angle grinder though because i'm too impatient to file it. And if you have some use them mole grip things to clamp onto both of the flat sides of the bolt, they'll hold it much tighter than a spanner will so you'll be able to twist it even more.I'm still running my bolt like that after doing it about a month ago. These are mole grips if you don't know what they are
